Don't buy off this company. We bought one of their models in 2021 and it has had no end of problems since we got it. They are happy to take your money but are reluctant to rectify any problems. Once it is out of warranty more problems occur and they want more money off you to fix poor build quality.....I just hope this warns people of the poor quality product they are advertising as superior to other companies. Definitely would not recommend.
Having missed several holidays abroad, my wife and I were on the outskirts of Lincoln, and noted the ‘show site’ of Award Leisure, and my wife ‘persuaded’ me to view their Hot Tubs and complimentary equipment, as she appeared to believe I had some spare finance available. First class purchasing experience at Award Leisure Lincoln. After considering the various hot tubs options on line we visited Award Leisure to discuss the possible purchase of the Winston round hot tub which was the model we liked the best.. Really friendly staff and knowledgeable Our Westwood was installed Two week's ago the two lads who installed it really knew their beans. Absolutely love the Westwood it's beyond what we expected.
We ordered this hot tub during lockdown. During a difficult time, I have to say they have been fantastic and kept us up to date with our order and responded quickly to any enquiries. The guys who set it all up was fantastic and explained everything. Would definitely recommend. The Westwood looks fabulous.
