I contacted Avtar by their email address specified on the website. Received no reply for a few days to which I rang and was told “we don’t check that email”. Arranged a viewing for a flat, flat had visible mould despite them claiming it was burnt candle marks (literal mould seeping from the corners of the walls and all over the blinds). From the beginning, they were helpful in assisting me to find a suitable property while I was still abroad, the one I ended up taking and stayed in throughout my time.
