I’ve had good experiences in the past but not on this occasion. Booked the car in to get squealing brakes sorted and despite them diagnosing that it needed new discs and pads, they didn’t actually do the job. I was charged two hours of labour for them to clean up the brakes and yet they’re still squealing. I’m £180 worse off and the car is exactly the same. Just had a number of outstanding jobs done on my Golf R including air/pollen filter, 4WD oil and spark plug changes. The initial quote was fair and competitive, service was efficient and professional. Final bill less than expected. What reason is there to go back to the VW dealership?

Ask for a quote which was greatly received quickly which was great I asked if the quote was correct via email as it was £100 more than Audi main dealer. No response so I assume it was, happy to amend my review if stand corrected. Shame as I've been recommended by a friend.
