I have been a tenant in a property managed by Avrasons for nearly 4 years and can say in my history of renting, Avrasons stands quite high as a lettings and property management company. Louisa, as my property manager, has been incredibly attentive, supportive and responsive to mine and my partner's needs whilst renting in Oval. Incredibly disappointing, please stay away. I have been trying to get support from them as they work with my freeholder or is the same company but purposely make it complicated to get in touch. They continue to give me the runaround. I have been very patient, making multiple emails and even visiting their location, only to find no one there. Louisa was super helpful and responsive. Maintenance requests were handled very quickly and professionally, hassle free. Would really recommend for anyone who cares about their tennants.
Louisa was excellent throughout our tenancy. She was always very responsive and communicative. Any issues we had were sorted out quickly.
Super disappointed with the management of this agency. I had to call and email multiple times just to get a response. Overall just a terrible experience and complete waste of time. I can’t imagine they tell the landlord about their clear mismanagement.
