I done a beech event as a stall holder Saturday 12th July 2025. I must say what a waste of time and very bad organisation. The main event was at the front with fun for the kids bar quiz etc, The rest of us stall holders were placed at the back because the organiser Jess was more concerned for us to cover the fence more than us to make money , we was well away from the event even the ice cream van in our area did not get many customers. Absolutely shocking company. Totally money grabbing. I’ve sold my property now and couldn’t be more delighted but then today they sent me a bill for Ground Rent commencing 25th March this year. I sold it on the 20th March.
The company owns a small land in Hammersmith and has the biggest tree in the area, the tree has never been inspected and pruned in >20 years although its landowners duty to inspect it every 3 years. If that tree falls over the houses on the Astrop Terrace, lives of 6 families will be in danger! Unfortunately they never respond to emails from H&F council or residents!
My flat was in a building managed by Avon Estates (London) Limited, one of the Avon companies. I was trying to sell it and the whole process took 8 months which Avon was in part responsible for all these delays. At Avon, there is only one person (Bella Sharer) who deals with property sales. Bella is not the quickest to respond and needs to be chased by phone if you need information in a timely manner. If zero were an option. You must take the fight to them. Ask for TOTAL TRANSPARENCY on everything. The law requires it. Ask a 100 times if you have to. Never give up. Suggest you take a meticulous attitude to them as you won't get honest replies if any. Build up a case against them and pass it over to solicitors as soon as possible. If you live in a block that gives you 50 per cent plus control apply for Right to Manage immediately.
