Good all round experience. Gave the personal touch. maybe a little more contact in between sale/purchase would have been good but other than that was satisfied with the outcome.
Avoid. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but feel led to write this one so as to protect others who may be considering which agent to select. To begin with, the one hour property valuation meeting was a complete waste of my time. Ricky did not come prepared, rather spent the hour on his laptop looking through properties in the area and came up with a value for my property dependent upon them, rather than the bricks and mortar he was sitting inside.
