Avoca Flooring are very reliable, they did good job in my house, affordable price.
Initially had my living room, the kitchen and hall sanded and stained. After consideration, decided to have my bedroom sanded and stained as well. The end result wasnt really what I had in mind as my hall looks completely different from the rest of the flat, to the extent it actually looks dirty (photos attached to this review). Was advised some of the floorboards could not be brought/restored to same level as other parts of the flat after me questioning the difference. Very pleased with the service. Only had one room done but had I known how well it would have turned out, I would have had the whole property done. Left the property very clean too!
We are so thrilled with the work that Avoca have done in our traditional sandstone house. Kalin was extremely knowledgeable and completely restored our original floors. The team on the day were extremely efficient and explained each part of the process. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for floor sanding service in Glasgow.
