RecommendedOcean front 2 bedroom suite was awesome! Room service has several choices and the food is really good. we did have one issue, it it was resolved quickly. We had a beautiful view and will definitely return. Thanks Avista Resort

Nice well appointed condos beautiful ocean view. Nice pool area. Close to Main Street. About 4 miles to barefoot landing. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great for families or couples. Pool bar and restaurant on site.
We had a wonderful weekend. We were celebrating my 20th Birthday and the best part about the trip was the beach and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the resort

we were having great family time playing uno it's Friday and we kept getting complaints of being too loud even after we adjusted ....smh
I am so sad we wasted our time and money on this resort. The room itself wasn’t horrible. However, the grounds were disgusting. Pools Both inside and our were dirty, slimy, filled with debris both in the pool and around the clogged drains on the ground. The pools were also too small for the amount of people that were there. For what we paid there should have been upkeep and cleanup on the pools, both inside and out. We even left early because we were so disgusted. I wish I could get my money and my family’s time back.
