Very clean room, nice staff, ate at the restaurant (very good dinner, pork chops and country fried steak). Had a nice stay. But room 912 needs a new couch and maybe add a chair. Couch is old and did not sit very well. But all and all, a very good weekend
Whitney, at Tree Top Lounge made the best Thanksgiving drinks!
I have only been here 2 nights, but love this place. The staff is SO friendly. And go see Whitney in the Tree Lounge...super friendly, great cocktail mixer, even better person. Also...super clean and comfortable rooms, the indoor heated pool and lazy river in November is awesome for my kids. Last...the Thanksgiving buffet was amazing. Seriously good turkey, potatoes, and my daughter proclaimed it " the best pumpkin pie shes ever had".
Be careful and make sure you don’t take anything of value or you keep it locked up well. We had over $600 and personal items stolen out of our suite. Pretty sure it was housekeeping as they made half the beds but not the rest. First time I’ve ever had anything come up missing from any place I’ve stayed at. Management blew it off like they truly didn’t care. Will never stay here again.
My husband and I came for our anniversary weekend trip and the weather was cold and rainy......but the resort was great and has everything you need. Especially the sweetest bartender Whitney Lattimore!!! 4th floor bar! Go see her!
Our family had a wonderful time at your resort last weekend even in the chilly weather. There were 15 of us in three units and all were well pleased with the accommodations. We will definitely be back.
