Great Resort!
They clean their hotel rooms every FOUR days, then give you attitude when you need extra service to come clean the room because you know sand and everything else from the beach. Also gets attitudes when the trash needs changed because it’s overflowing or we need towels and wash cloths. This is a joke, will never stay here again!
I’ve been coming to myrtle beach since i was a little girl. This is our first stay at Avista. It’s the nicest place , but what we noticed what the cleanliness. It’s clean everywhere. Also , bed bug protectors on the mattresses, another detail i loved. We will most definitely be back.
My husband and I have been coming here for 5 years for Valentines but this is the first time we have brought our girls. They loved it. We will be back for another vacation at the Avista next year. We didn't want to leave. Clean and nice great veiws from all floors and the staff is 5 star also.

I am very disappointed in this hotel. This trip was supposed to be a fun family getaway and the hotel staff disappointed us at every turn. I have never seen so many rude employees in one place. Very upset and my review will be posted everywhere.
