Our room was fantastic!
Avista Resort presents themselves as a nice place to stay. However, upon checking in, my husband had to pay $500 CASH “student” security deposit due to his age. Mind you we are married, have bachelors degrees, and full time jobs. We were directed towards an ATM which cost money to use. Paid the deposit and a manger came to process it. She found out we were married and went and got the night manager. He had the nerve to suggest we were brother and sister and since we did not have a copy of our marriage license we could not pr... read more
We had a great weekend!Very nice and clean place to stay!
This was our second stay at the Avista Resort. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are very nice and helpful. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves is always peaceful. Really enjoyed the DJ at the pool this visit and hope he’s there when we return again! Thanks Avista for a relaxing stay!
Rooms were clean and check in and out easy. Kitchen fully equipped. The fact there’s only one bathroom was a pain. The parking garage is awful with one way up and down. Hot tubs were NOT HOT. Staff was amazing though.
