Was not happy when I got to my room booked a king size bed and had two queens when I walked in changed to what I booked they charged me additional money to up grade pay ed 900 at first spent additional money to get what I booked
Place was very nice. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Only thing is the rooms could use some better lighting.
Great time
We stayed there this past week for the first time. It was wonderful! Rooms were clean, every staff member I came in contact with was friendly. They came daily to restock and give us clean towels. I would definitely stay there again, as well as refer others there.
Gorgeous hotel! It was very clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for better service! We'll definitely be staying at Avista again in the near future!!
