RecommendedSpacious rooms with their own bathrooms, great for family/ multiple families. Clean and updated condo. Plenty of elevators on each side of towers. Indoor pools rather small, but we stayed off season, not too many people in there so it wasn't a big problem. We'll stay again for sure.

Great accommodations & staff. A wonderful onsite restaurant and a great location make this oceanfront resort our favorite place to stay.
It was my Dad’s 80th Birthday. My Family came from Alabama, New York, North Carolina, Bishopville, S.C. Ages 4-80. The Entire Stay Was Great!!!! See You Next Year Avista !!!
Nice resort, and great location
Oh Avista you’re breaking my heart. Not only do we get here to the style room not being as described but also it’s dirty. The kitchen is the most obvious where details have been missed. I have been coming for years so I know it’s not Avista standard.

Perfect venue for our group celebration of The Feast of Tabernacles.
5 stars! Will definitely make this are usual home away from home when we come back. The staff was very friendly & the stay was stress free, absolutely no problems, & everything you need & more. Definitely would recommend to anyone to stay here, you wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!!
