RecommendedHere now and we are loving it! Beautiful resort in a nice location!
A great place to stay... Extra nice rooms and most all staff are very nice... Especially Coach and Chris in the parking area... Front desk people were also friendly... The younger guys in the parking area weren't as friendly as the two listed above... The night guys seemed to be more interested in flirting with the female guest... We will for sure stay here again and recommend this resort to everyone...
Great staff! My daughter and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Whitney and Andrew took great care of us at the Bar. Enjoy a burger and drink from them while your there.
Beautiful rooms. Great pools. Direct access to the beach. Great customer service from the staff. Nice onsite restaurant. Just wonderful overall experience!

Absolutely loving our stay! We will be sad to leave Saturday. We come to Myrtle Beach every year (from Minnesota!) and it’s our first time at Avista. I think we found our place for next year too! The 3 bedroom is like having your own house right on the beach. Highly recommend! Front desk, cleaning crew, and attendants at loading are all polite and helpful!
Really love this place and have been coming here for the past 5 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
