It's a difficult location to find and wish it had a sign post on the main street. The person who served me was excellent. Great service all round.
Personally I got robbed here. I took a car with scratches and told the Avis representative about. He just said is all right, all are registered and I should not worry. Though, I made pictures myself. After returning the car I`ve been charged £700 for the scratches that were already there, despite presenting the pictures from the date time and place picking up the car ( Maidstone ). Though, after sending the pictures and calling few times, in 4 weeks I got the money back!
As someone who spends thousands a year (5 years) with Avis and is a President level renter the level of service is so bad it's embarrassing. I am moving my business to Enterprise a result. I have never experienced such a poor level of service from a major corporate company.
