I’m genuinely very sorry to see what has happened to the services of Avis/Budget. They used to be a leader in the industry for me. Sadly, that trust is no longer there. Rented a car from Avis Luton Airport. excellent customer service from Kish. explained everything and was very nice. Returns no issues. Thank you!
After spending more than 9000€ in car rentals with AVIS, they can't get me someone on the line in less than 30 min (that's what they announced, and it's been more than 25 min already). While waiting I'm simply going to leave 1-star reviews on all their rentals agency to keep myself sane, because the music with an interrupting message every 30s is so bad and makes you think someone just answered
