Please add the 2 physical payment card requirement for premium cars to the confirmation email listing of needed docs for pickup…! Ended up spending 1h to go back home to grab it. I understand you publish it on your website but when booking through 3rd party, it’s not obvious! Other than that, the guy at the counter (Rumen) was super nice and handled the whole thing like a champ. Give that man a raise!

Update: I originally gave this branch 3-stars out of 5 but I'm now revising three weeks later it to 2, owing to them alleging a damaged tyre (on appeal, Avis dropped the claim) and separately then they also messed up a reservation I had at Euston, and even cancelled another one I had at LCY (!!), meaning that I had to go to LCY and pay more for a new reservation. Be extremely careful when you rent from this branch. Read other reviews below and you'll see this branch is a scam of overcharging on damage after return. I am renting through Avis for many years with no issue. With the Euston branch they decided to charge me on an invented "tyre damage". A 260GPB rental increased with an additional 320GBP. Surprisingly this is the insurance cost I didn't add when I rented. If you have to rent in this branch, just make sure you take photos of the Tiers and/or get the full insurance coverage.
