Horrible service and inhumane treatment. They made us waste our entire holiday. They told us to come at 3pm for 2.30 booking because they did not have that specific car. We had proper driving license as per the requirements of the UK government but they had their own requirements and decided not to give us the car. When we tried to explain the UK government policy, they rudely asked us to leave the store and the concerned person opened showed the door for us, asked us to leave. We were disappointed with the level of service provided during our first experience. The staff seemed unprepared and the overall service did not meet our expectations. And the staff interaction could have been more courteous and helpful.
