I rented a car the 20th of august and to this day I haven’t received my deposit back and it’s also impossible to get in touch with someone to have a solution and get my money back.
Sympathiques et rapides, le checkout a été fait en quelques minutes. Le seul problème c'est que arrivé au 5em étage, rien indique que l'agence est dans la rue mais sinon c'est parfait.
Overall good experience, however be mindful that if you are visiting from overseas do not get an electric car. It's impossible to use any charge station in the area.
