Absolutely brilliant service as needed to hire a car for the 23rd December till 27th December to do Santa's job delivering presents.. I had pre paid for the hire car online with instructions on what is needed to bring with me upon collection and that's all I did and had no problems.

Excellent service and vehicle was okay (Citroen - vehicle kept telling me there was a voltage issue when my phone was plugged in and interrupted navigation). My only frustration was that I wasn’t able to add my Avis Preferred number to my booking because it was booked via Amex Travel (system rather than human issue). I chose Avis because of my membership which is pretty disappointing.

In 2023 you still need to print a proof of address to prove where you live. Who would have thought… you guys need to digitalise your service …
