When picking up the car they non stop tried to upsell me including features I had already booked according to my BA flight & car booking. Overall very expensive for the tiny fiat 500 hybrid that barely got up the Highlands
Lied about damage and put on unexplained cost
My wife & I came to Scotland from the USA to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. But we got a flat tire 2 miles away for the AVIS counter at Aberdeen Airport. After many phone calls, I was told we would have to wait for a service person to arrive and confirm our issue. And it would be 3-4 HOURS before they would arrive.
