I highly recommend taking the bus to Inverness to get a rental car instead of using this service. It took 2 inquiries, 2 phone calls and a week to hear back from them. The customer service agent was rude became irritated when asked for clarification on how rentals work in Aviemore. Additionally, my card was charged without my consent. They were able to help me get my money back (still pending) so I’ll give them an extra star for that.

Unfortunately the costs for car hire are so high most people will be unable to afford it
