My luggage is missing by Air Vistara from Delhi to London flight. After 48 hours of not getting any info I was trying to call them but after holding phone for an hour I cut the line. Seems they don't want to pick the phone. They are authorised agency of Air Vistara but seems phone number is taken just for compliance of customer services. I see lots of other customers have similar feedback. Fake company should be reported to UK citizens charter agency for fooling people.
was on hold for 30 minutes. no one answers the phone. they are listed as the contact reps for ukraine international airlines. it is impossible to contact the uia reps in the uk at any office, either in the uk or ukraine.
AviaReps is an unprofessional company that pretends to have a queuing system. Started as caller number 3 in the queue and then was stuck on hold as caller number 2 for over an hour. Caribbean Airlines should re-think using this company if they want to keep their UK customers.
