The Wildlife program is awesome! I'm so thankful they were willing to help a duck I found! She had a broken leg and with their help she is now back at her pond swimming away!
Staff as well as Dr. Rich were very supportive on our decision to put our 6 year old guinea pig Jack to sleep, Dr. Rich shed light on taking his pain away to my 12 year old who wanted him to go home but Dr. Rich explained to her that he was in a lot of pain, which helped ease her mind some. Thank you all. Oh and I called that morning and they scheduled me an appt that same afternoon.
I love Dr. Rich! His expertise and professionalism are astounding and my pet beardie loves him. He is an amazing veterinarian and you won't regret making him yours.
I admit it, I am a nervous helicopter mother of two rabbits. Anything out of the ordinary happens with one of my fur babies and I am on the phone calling West Esplanade Vets. They are always patient and answer my questions. And if an emergency does happen, they take care of my rabbits without hesitation. Drs. Rich and Pence have been my vets for almost 5 years and every member of the staff are not just knowledgeable but compassionate as well.
