Dr Rich by far is the most loving, dedicated vet I have ever known. I have also had a bird under Dr Pence's care and she is awesome. You may pay a little more in fees, but at the end of the day you are sure your pet has been in the best care possible and they always take extra time to educate you about the current situation
We love it here! Just recently had to bring my pet duck, Bert, to West Esplanade Vet because one of his feet were injured. I called at 6:05(after they were closed) and they stayed until my parents got there with Bert. Dr. Pence stopped the bleeding and did whatever necessary to keep Bert comfortable. She believes it was a snapping turtle bite. Today Bert is currently going through surgery and we are so thankful for this clinic.
Dr Rich and his staff are the best! The best care and emergency services for your exotic pets that you could ever hope for!
