The best vets around! I travel hours just to get this quality care... and the staff is amazing.
Very, very pleased with the quality of care our bunny received here. We had to drive 2 hours for a "rabbit savvy" vet and it was worth it. Very reasonably priced for the emergency care we received for gi stasis and great staff who called twice a day to let us know his status.
I've been to Avian and Exotic Animal Hospital of Louisiana in the past when my regular vet was out of town and have been debating switching my ferrets' primary care to there ever since. While I still love my previous vet and the care we received there a friend convinced me to switch. So far so good! I still have to get the rest of the crew in but old man Charlie received top notch care and is now on pred twice a day for the rest of his life. He's already got some pep back in his step! Having been a client of Avian Exotics since they were on West Esplanade for years!, I have to say Dr. Gregory Rich's staff ARE THE MOST KINDEST and PLEASANT group of people I've had the privilege to know!!! Dr. Rich goes out of his way, more so than my own doctors to care for his exotics, and by the slimmist of chances, he has a case which I had, that is out of the ordinary, he investigates, follows up, etc., to where he's on point with any case. I trust him tremendously!!! And of course, highly recommend him!!!
I want to thank everyone at Avian Hospital for the great care of our " Mr Rabbit" Even though he had a little complication they cleared it right up. Love everyone over there

I saw on FB that a parrot was found. I called and spoke to Ginger. I explained my cousin lost her parrot and maybe after a year and a half this could have been her. Ginger gave me her email and I sent a photo of Loki...Ginger responded ASAP. The bird found was not Loki but thank you Ginger for your concerns...
This has been my source for excellent avian care for 13 years. My cockatoo loves the staff the way she is treated. Very highly recommended!
I'm so pleased with the care our Lola received, they went above and beyond to care for her. Lola has never been sick a day in her life she's 13 years old. In the blink of an eye a horrible accident happened. Never needing a specialist for Lola, we called the emergency vet, they referred us to your establishment. It was after hours and we drove from Gautier Ms. with our girl. She had her stitches removed today and they were able to leave the splint off as well.
