Dr. Rich and Dr. Pence are so awesome. They care about their patients so much. We lost our beloved Blue Front Amazon, Pepper this past Tuesday. We are so heartbroken. Dr. Pence was so compassionate. And today we received a sympathy card in the mail hand written by Dr. Pence. It is so sweet and touching. Dr. Pence, thank you for everything. You are an angel.....The Horne Family..... We adopted our bunny Happiness a few months ago and Dr Pence and the Staff at West Esplanade Vet are wonderful. 2 week ago Happiness was not feeling her Happy self so I texted Dr Pence and she told me exactly what to do and the next day she was doing a lot better. That morning the Staff call to check on how Happiness was doing. This made me feel good to know that the West Esplanade Vet clinic take the extra steps to makes sure your Family member (pet) is doing ok.
Love this clinic, the Drs are THE BEST and the staff are all friendly and compassionate.
