I really could not be happier with the service I received from the doctors and the staff! As a first time hedgehog momma (and now grandmother) they were very receptive and kind to my worrying. 100% would trust my animals with them!!
Exotic pet vets may seem a little higher than regular vet services, something that definitely needs to be considered before becoming an exotic pet owner, yet the staff here are awesome ! They were able to see me short notice , offered several treatment options that took care of our pets needs without causing a financial hardship. Check them out!
Don't let Dr. Rich anywhere near your bird. We brought our Green Cheek Conure in for an upset stomach and within an hour he had killed her. After throwing away blood, he drew more blood than her little body could handle and sent her into shock. When we went to pick up her body, they shoved a box with her wrapped in newspaper at us. If you love your bird, find another vet.
Truly compassionate and highly skilled- so fortunate to have A&E care for my rescue rabbits!
Dr. Rich is the best vet I have ever been to. I will never go to another vet again. He really loves all of the animals. He took care of my bird and hedgehog. He instilled love and tender care in everything he did for my babies. Thank you, Dr. Rich
