Got to our room yesterday and realized NO COFFE MAKER!! Called housekeeping and was informed that only Beachtower rooms have coffe makers and that we can use the ONE free coupon voucher for their new coffee shop. There are TWO people checking in...HELLLOOO??? Signing off a grumpy woman who woke up without coffee

Enjoyed our stay these past three days. My only recommendations is that they do a better job with security on the beach. We had a large group basically set up on top of us very rude and not one of them had wrist bands. The am security did a great job making sure everyone on the beach had wrist bands but the afternoon was a mess!!! We met lots of nice people at the pool and my grandkids visiting had a blast and met many other kids to play with.

My Favorite Casino in Laughlin . Great rooms, pool is awesome, employees are friendly and helpful . The restaurants have great food and service . The view of the river is amazing .

I loved this place and stayed several weeks every year in years past. I am sorry it has gone downhill so fast.

Very nice and clean. Easy way out there. Good service and the afternoon off the road helps.
