The pros.... 1.The price was the cheapest in the Laughlin area for the weekend of 9-17-16 2.The beach is great! 3.The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Cons..... 1.We were terribly disappointed that there was no adult only pool area, and the jacuzzi had about 15 kids in it. We never got in the water.We will not return for this reason.

The Jeremiah Johnson Band has had a great time at this oasis in the desert twice now. Expecially enjoy the pool and beach on the Colorado River. A casino staff were extremely kind and helpful. Layed back and relaxing. Hope to be back again soon. Peace, Love and Thanks Jeremiah Johnson

I Didn't have too awful bad to say about the Avi till now but the fact that i was denied a room because the paper copy of my ID was unacceptable ( they have let me use it for 3 different stays recently, being security checked, receiving my deposits, leaving deposits, so I'm guessing it is an issue because i did not come in gamble and then go and get a room but the fact that i have stayed here countless times in 3 months and spent TOO money on ther floor. i also happen to be a vip but they don't know that i am yet, but i also... read more

@220tours would like to thank the staff at the @aviresort for a great weekend. From the security and valet staff for keeping our truck and bikes safe and secure to the group sales department for getting our rooms just right. And finally the marketing department for supporting our efforts by adding the Avi logo to our truck. I feel a great business alliance in the works.

I love it here we come up for the Friday night ALL you can eat seafood dinner but this was the first time we stayed for the weekend this will be my new get away from life and have fun place to stay! The best part for me was the Pool my kids could play while I tanned it was amazing

Air conditioning in my room died, luckily it only reached 107 degrees that day so the room was nice and cool.... Sat on hold for 10 MINUTES waiting for the front desk to get back to me after a perfunctory "front desk, can you hold please?!" Maintenance came by quickly which was nice until he told me equally fast that the A/C was tits up (not to get technical). He called the front desk to provide his analysis and told them they needed to move me to a new room. He said they would call back to let me know where to move and that... read more
