Loved the stay at Avi. Planning on going back. It wasn't crowded or too busy like the other Casinos. Great food and band that played. Would recommend for the easy going crowd.

Awesome!!!!!! We loved it. Accsses to the river, the pool, movie theaters foid court...... One of the best resort we stayed.

Great place to vacation if you like to go on the river. I have gone there since I was about 6 years old (now 24) and have seen it grow from changing the entire pool area, building a movie theatre, and adding the beach tower rooms. It was a pleasure seeing my child play the same place I did. When I checked in, I got there early and my rooms took hours to be ready but Alejandro at the front desk helped me out by switching them so we could get our stuff in. I had a total of 4 rooms. For the last 5 years we have been coming to Avi for our Family and Friends "End of the Summer" party!! Each year the hotel has been a little more neglected! We have about 20 guests and we reserve about 10 rooms. The rooms have really gone down hill. We reserved a Family SUITE, that was everything but sweet!! Don't get me wrong it is huge but so dated and neglected. We had a coffee maker but no cups or coffee(when we asked housekeeping for coffee from her cart she told us, "oh I don't have any because the rooms don't have cof... read more

Terrible!! The pool has algae on sides , security harassed me all day. I felt totally discriminated. I complied with their request yet security Paul Bart guy continued to stare and glare at me and my family of 15 whom book about 10 rooms, spend money at restaurants and tables . We will definitely be yelping the negative reviews after 10 yrs of loyal service and thousands of dollars spent here by my family. The harassment was aweful.

We booked our room on Expedia; however, when we checked in apparently type of room we booked were sold out, so with out a fussy the clerk " Brandon" (i think that is his name) upgraded our room. It was quick, easy amd the upgraded room was amazing! Very clean. The casino was very clean as well. We saw a concert in the grand ballroom...AMAZING!! We will definitely be back!! Oh the bed was extremely comfortable!! Thank you!!
