I loved it here so much, we ended up staying an extra day. The room rates were so good I was worried the rooms might be run down. But the rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfy. The pool was right down stairs from our room. The beach was so relaxing and peaceful. The sand was soft and the water was clear. The service was excellent everyone was friendly and helpful. WOW just WOW no hot water.. ice machine don't work TV no channels.also no coffee!!! And the customer service is rude. We got here late we got are food a little earlier so we where going to warm it up nope they said no microwave in this whole entire hotel.. In my opinion this place is a dump do not rent here pay a little extra... there is no excuses tho for this place we rent another hotel earlier same price and it had everything in it. Horrible service rooms were never cleaned the way it should have, never changed the sheets and when we asked for new ones to be changed they hassled us about it. The resturant we went to, the girl acted as if we were not welcomed and didn't want us to go in but made it seem as if we should go in we were bothering her. When we were eating you had all the cooks standing outside the kitchen and waiting to clean up even though they told us we had time. However, the waitress was great. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I was discrimated for my sexual orientation in front of my son. The wait staff refused to serve me and my son food at the buffet. I requested to speak to management and they refused to speak to me. They then refused to refund the $50 i spent to dine there. LGBT community stay away unless you want to be harassed, discrimiated againts, and humiliated by the staff.
