We love the Friday night seafood buffet and the outdoor free concerts. Across the road they have open air concerts too. Edgewater serves with a heavy hand and pays better I think. Today they had metal militia dirt bike jumpers from socal. Awesomeness! So glad my sons didn't do this!

If I could give it a zero I would! I'm booked for 2 more nights and will most likely leave early. Worst customer service EVER!!!! The front desk is USELESS!!! It's my birthday no less! WORST vacation EVER!! Hope you don't get hurt on their facilities! Not only do they not have a wheelchair for you to use, I couldn't even get extra pillows to raise my injured leg! Book yourself a root canal before booking a room here! You'll have a lot more fun!

Buffet was always fresh and really yummy! Prices for food, drinks and rooms are so affordable! I grew up going to the Avi it's changed so much but in such good ways! It's bigger and better then ever! The beach tower has a beautiful view of the river and mountains!

OMG. Woke up and tried to shower...no water. It was turned off. When it came back on it was a disgusting brownish yellow color. I wish I could post the picture I took. Unbelievably gross. Brushed my teeth with bottled water and fled. Never again.
