Over all the stay was great BUT there was a package sent to us and NEVER given to us until we asked at check out, also had items left in the room and they are trying to say the cleaning people said they threw out our left behind items! Everytime we've made a call the person isn't available or makes excuses.

Went there for a short family getaway and it is the ONLY place we would stay in Laughlin and its ten times better than Vegas. Great place for the kids, tons for them to do . The rooms are spacious and pretty. We loved it. Great food, great people. A wonderful time.

We went to Avi for Laughlin River Run. Over-priced rooms, no involvement in river run other than charging $100 per night 3 night minimum. My wife's Harley boots were stolen from our locked room by hotel staff. Hotel security did nothing, I contacted tribal police and officer Espinoza took my report and within one week recovered my wife's stolen boots. Hotel Avi head of security called after asst manager Ana Oviatt reminded them to call, told me that they recovered the boots and were shipping them back to us in WA. They didn'... read more

i love it here. room is great. the beach is amazing and love watching the speed boats and just haven a good time :)

we used to be regulars for the seafood buffet on Friday nights,but the quality of food and service has declined so much over the past year that we will never return,what a shame
