Had to give it a 1. You won't let me choose sub zero. Ordered smoking. Got no smoking. Had to move. L. Sided paralyzed. In great pain. (Not AVI's fault) Got new room. Relaxed on, not in bed for 2 hours. Showered and noticed dozens of bites. Found 3 or 4 different species of bugs plus in the matresses good old fashioned bedbugs, big bedbugs. By midnight we were home. Oh!!! my wife was not once sitting on that bed. Only a dozen bites. By 5 a.m. in the ER. Nasty allergic reactions. Burning, itching, cramping and pain. Stayed at the Avi three times since September 25, 2014 when we became residents of Bullhead City, Arizona and never saw any signs of bedbugs. I check for bedbugs every time we check into a hotel. I am a nationally certified infection prevention and control registered nurse so I am an expert. I found the hotel and rooms clean, neat, and comfortable.
