Mediocre to miserable experience the past 2 visits. We had an employee barge into the room half a second after his knock stating he was doing a "room check". Management did little to nothing to make an attempt to right their wrong, so we will be staying elsewhere in the future.

Wack....... plumbing is bad in just about all rooms... at pool side they tried to close r table umbrella knowing r stuff was their on a hot day. Buffett nasty, everything is hard or just taste bad. Normally I don't complain, but this place left a bad taste in my mouth

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!! We just stayed here last weekend and it was a horrible experience. My husband who is a paraplegic requested a room with a tub and shower chair. When we arrived we requested our shower chair again and waited 2 hours for it, while calling three times within those two hours. Finally I got sick of waiting and went up to the front desk and spoke with the manager who was useless. She told me that they legally were not allowed to put a shower chair in a room with a tub and that she explained that to ... read more
