Disappointing Experience with Avery Naylor solicitors. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Lucy Jones. Despite our explicit instructions, they repeatedly got our children's names wrong, demonstrating a alarming lack of attention to detail. Communication was also severely lacking.
