Having used both the sales and lettings side of Avery, I can honestly say that everyone at Avery has been fantastic. Throughout the purchasing process they have been excellent. They were very communicative, and very helpful and supportive as an FTB. The lettings side were also fantastic, being supper helpful in the entire process. A very good estate agent to deal with.
This company is the best I’ve heard or experienced. From the first call, I noticed professionalism. Their response was fast & straightforward. Eva who is a member of staff was amazing and very helpful, always responding to my mails and calls on time. The technology used during the paperwork was very different and easy. The house was readily decorated beyond my imagination as I was told. Everything perfectly working and very neat. Thank you very much. Thank you Eva for your cheerfulness and support.
Averys achieved a sale with the first viewing. The chain was long and took several months to get to completion but Daren and the team kept us and our solicitors informed at all times. Thankfully we achieved as successful completion. Its the second time I've used Averys and will not hesitate to use them again.
