Mixed bag. I've not had much issue with receptionists, except for a terse response when I complained that the loo roll dispenser STILL hadn't been replaced after months (who wants to handle a giant loo roll that everyone else has??). Got invited for a flu jab, and then they questioned why I was having it (you invited me!!) 🤔. One female doctor in particular is fab - Dr Owen. I registered at this surgery approx. 6 months ago and have no regrets whatsoever. The receptionists, nurses and my doctor have all been polite and helpful.I have a number of health issues and have received excellent care and ongoing support. I am grateful and feel reassured by their excellent service.

the receptionist is awful. she made me an appointment with a completely different name and surname but with my date of birth. I waited 40 minutes for an appointment and she told me that they called me.. yes they did but with a completely different name that's why I didn't react. why should I go to the doctor for someone else. she checked my date of birth again, gave me my address which just like my name was not mine and continues to convince me that I am a different person. I have been on very high does pain killer's for over 3 year's now and was told I would be monitored while on them every couple of month's . No body as aske'd me how I am getting on with them . Quite frightening really .
