Always friendly, nice and professional. Been with them years and won't change practise, they are so lovely and always handle everything with care. Whilst it's previously been hard to be seen for anything other than emergencies, I've had to have a few appointments this week which weren't emergencies and I was seen extremely quickly. In fact same day!! I appreciate the changes in the system recently will add strain to the surgery but I'm so impressed and pleased with how they are handling it. Great staff and a great service by a team that seem to actually care.
I suffer mental health on top of my other health issues. I am always treated with curtesy and respect but I am always respectful to the staff. I have been behind people in line who are loud and have this sense of entitlement. I don't feel we show enough manners and respect in lots of places. I would also like to put that the pharmacy staff are exceptionally helpful you can ask them anything. I think if people stopped and popped their civil head on life becomes easier. Just my view x
