I suffer mental health on top of my other health issues. I am always treated with curtesy and respect but I am always respectful to the staff. I have been behind people in line who are loud and have this sense of entitlement. I don't feel we show enough manners and respect in lots of places. I would also like to put that the pharmacy staff are exceptionally helpful you can ask them anything. I think if people stopped and popped their civil head on life becomes easier. Just my view x

brilliant surgery, i cannot believe the negative reviews. i phoned this morning at 8am, and my phone didn’t even ring before it was answered by the loveliest receptionist ever, no receptionist ever makes you feel like a burden, always willing to help best they can. appointments always triaged really quickly. both me and my children have been seen many times and walked out having been thoroughly checked over, all dr’s we have seen have been nothing but kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. a special mention to doctor Lola, w... read more

Absolutely incompetent leadership, complaints and GP’s departments only interested in fobbing people off and doing nothing to help hard working people that do not fit their set guidelines on when we must call. Lost samples for tests GP’s never read your file and tell you wrong info Mangers set me someone else’s letter Messes up my prescriptions THEY DO NOT SUPPORT OUR VETRANS IN LINE WITH THE ARMED FORCES CONVENIENT THAT IS PART OFF THE NHS Constitution!!!!! I'm concerned after reading some of the reviews left for this practice. I joined this surgery before it became Inspire Health I did prefer it when it was a smaller concern. Most of the GP's & receptionists were good, but things change & surgeries have to be more business like. I think surgeries join together to reduce overheads & it also brings other financial benefits that a single surgery doesn't have. I have been a patient for over 30 years. First time to speak with this surgery , I think the main problem here is the receptionist She said her name was Iberia but I doubt, most of the time she said she could not hear me , it was a disappointment experience.After I explained her what she asked , she told me to call again after 5 PM which did not make sense at all why she continued the conversation when from the beginning I asked her that wanted to book an appointment.
