Impossible to get any kind of response or help. Going to have to cripple myself to gwt down to th eplace to even try to get the meds that i need to be able to think and walk. Cheers, useful service....
This Team (what a load of Crap ) (OUTFIT) should be sacked each and everyone of them they are completely and utterly useless pity ANYONE who needs help with a social mental issue....Your out on your own ....cant even answer the telephone..rang three times took 5 minutes a call then line goes dead........Extraordinary and utterly disgraceful...NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE......
DR Mann and DR Bescoby chambers are such kind and lovely people they have helped me through out everything would definitley reccomend avenue house for your mental health .
Out of all the therapists I’ve had though out my life, no one has been as knowledge, caring and consistent than Carol, thank you a lot mate, you’ve changed my life for the much better and I will always massively appreciate that
Dr. was wonderful! However, anyone in charge of manning the desk is failing miserably. I had an appointment last month, and they refused to answer the phone or acknowledge any voicemail, and I've called nearly 100 times. I've been chasing important information that I was supposed to receive so I could start medication after 5 years of waiting, and instead, I've just been left in the dark. I'm logging all calls and have made an official complaint as this is negligence that's obviously been happening for years on their end.
