The actual service from avenue is faultless really, our agent was great! He was fast with replies and always professional. However, the review will take a negative turn due to my unfortunate tenure in the flat due to a negligent landlord. Rented from them for a year, flat is old, dusty, mouldy, and full of junk upon moving in. The sofas and curtains in rooms were so mangy that they needed to be changed.
