Horrible customer service, manager isn’t professional at all . Terrible experience.. Staff is NOT motivated to sale, their numbers are tricky not even realistic. Thats why they DO NOT deserve anyone’s business.

If you want to do a honest business buying your car go to another Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealer, they made a deal with us and they didn’t honor the deal, they overcharged us, also we bought an extended warranty which includes a loaner everytime you take the car to service for any reason. Today I brought my car to get the stepsides installed because they didn’t come with the car we order, and they was installed in the car we try before ordering, so I came today to get them installed and they are no given me the loaner “becau... read more

Terrible, never buy a car here. If you do make sure you go over every single line item on the contract. I made a deal in person and over the phone with them before trading my car in and picking up the new one. When I got there they had me sign papers with the terms of the deal we discussed. When I went to the finance office I signed everything and walked out. When I got home and reviewed all the paperwork I found they overcharged me and did not honor the deal we discussed. I am seated here about 3 hours to replace a battery in warranty. They are ridiculous. The worst dealership in Florida!

today i called and left John a Message and he got back to me as soon as possible under 30 minutes To do a brake job for my jeep .. He told me to come in and drop off the car I was in-and-out in no time.. He understood exactly what I needed... John is always so pleasant and welcoming hes always straightforward about the timing of how long it's gonna take I always get great customer service when I come in.. keep up the great work !!
