Wow wow wow!!! This place has CHANGED! It was seriously the most pleasant and unexpected encounter I could imagine. I was greeted with respect and humanity. Everything was quick and painless, efficient and smart. This guy.... John Diaz.... service department, he should really teach seminars on easy customer service. And even a sense of urgency even though I didn't need it. He clearly has a mission to over-deliver. Well done, sir! And congrats to Aventura Jeep. This makes me want to buy from you again.

bought a 2015 rt last month. was told by 2 people at 2 different time it was not in an accident. THEY LIED!!! asked more than once for the carfax. never got it when asked and they sent it to me 2 days ago/1 month after purchase. called dodge motor co and they just bury their head in the sand. customer are only a priority when youre spending. why would i buy a car with an accident on the history. congrats aventura dodge YOU WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME. THIS HAS JUST STARTED!!!
Went in there to get an The attitude I was given. It was a screw attitude. When I said there was no wifi. I was told to move from where I was. Still no wifi. Was not offered anything. When I spoke with the personal. He told I don't care. The cashier not friendly. I was told sign and pay 45.00. When I told her I was given another price. No apology at all. Till she saw the coupon. Still no thank you. Your car is out side. I cannot give a 10.
If I could rate this place with no zeros I would have , advertised a car at 44,900 when we arrived raised the price to 49,900 wasted 3 hours of our time trying to convince us we were wrong . Checked internet again today car is still advertised at 44,900. I would rather go through chemotherapy then to ever deal with this place again! I was so pissed off I spent $55,000 at autos nation dodge . They were a pleasure to do business with .
