I will start with this dealership does not honor their advertised prices on pre-owned cars, they advertise a price that is only available if you finance with them at an uncompetitive rate. They will claim it’s in the disclosure on their website which is of course buried and not easy to fine. No one follows through returning calls. When the customer calls back they are hung up on and then no one answers. If this is the service before purchase I can only imagine what may happen after. Apparently they don’t need to sell a truck.
I had an excellent experience here buying my new Ram 1500 Rebel 12 Blackout with Christian and Alex the sales manager. Both were very helpful and went above and beyond to find the exact Rebel I was looking for and call the dealer in Gainesville who was going to receive it from the Factory, so I could buy it instead. Terrible customer service. I recently leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from the dealership. I had one month left in my current lease of a 2017 Dodge Durango, which was leased from a different dealership. The salesperson (who is no longer working at the dealership) and the sales manager were well aware of the fact that we had one remaining payment on my prior lease and agreed to absorb the last payment as part of the new lease transaction.
