By not tricking people. It is sad to see that I got my new car but at the expense of telling me things that were not true. They took my old lease saying that they will take care of everything and then I got a bill from the dealership with a lot of charges. I have sent 3 email to talk to the sales manager about this and no answer so far. If you come to buy a car here DO NOT believe the sales rep if they offer to take your car.
This place is the absolute worst! Guillermo (the sales associate) and the manager Jeff Torres had the nerve to say we were using them because we wanted to shop around. This place has only 1 goal...SCAMMING customers. Disgusting.
