This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They are beyond unprofessional and rude. They are lairs. The will tell you one price and then will raise it by thousands blaming it on other employees claiming they " don't know what they are talking about" I would recommend you find any dealership but this one.

If you can spend the whole day here then use this dealer. Is terrible Not to talk about the service center. They make you book an appointment and then it took them 2 hours just to change the oil and when I ask how can that be they told me because they had 5 other cars before mine! Then why they make me book a service time!!!! Won't ever being the car to this service again!

this place sucks!!!!! from buying my car to having it serviced has been a horrible experience!! I ended up buying a 2013 accord sport at 28k! that's 4k over msrp! I also was not told there were newer models I only found out a week later when one pulled up next to me and now I have a bad wheel bearing I take it in they tell me its ready, when I pick it up they say the part won't be in until the next day. why would you say its ready when you don't even have the part! Try getting service its a whole different story! Just got stranded in my dodge dart in the middle of the state !! The car is a 2013!! don't do it.
