Verified Renter It was a very smooth process , the staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind .The location is close to everything , including downtown . A great place to live !

Verified Renter Everything is good in the apartment nice plenty of space and has very nice pool and park. The only thing they need is a new basketball ball goal
WITHOUT AC FOR 19 DAYS AND COUNTING!!!!! I have been without AC in my apartment for 19 days and they keep pushing back when they'll fix it. They've blamed everything from supply chain to nonresponsive district managers. Its absolute garbage and moving here was the biggest mistake I have made in quite some time.
Beware DO NOT DO IT PLEASE… cheap prices for the area but not worth it. BEFORE they changed property management companies everything was decent (maintenance at the time was on point with any issue) NOW that they have changed management companies the maintenance team will put a bandaid over it and say it’s fixed.. NOW MY REAL ISSUE. My air went out in early May, they fixed my air that very next day (no problem I was cool) well my air went out again exactly 2 weeks later I’m irritated at this point but they fixed it next day. ... read more

Excellent and friendly... (Verified Renter) Excellent and friendly office staff, mostly quiet neighborhood, and pretty decent creature comforts, especially considering the age of the complex. One thing I did not care for was how loud the footsteps of upstairs neighbors were. I believe this was a product of the age of the building, so if I were to recommend the apartment complex to a friend of family member, I would tell them to definitely make sure they have an upstairs apartment
