Verified Renter Absolutely garbage management that has done nothing but lie and twist words regarding the flea, spider, and centipede infestation. They even refuse to inspect the "flea free" environment they are claiming the townhouse now is. This has absolutely been the worst renting and move-in experience I have ever encountered. Do not rent at Aventura Bellevue. On a more positive note, the maintenance crew is very good and helpful.

Verified Renter As of right now, I still need to see if this can be turned around. I am not really pleased with the cost of the apartment and the experience thus far. If I paid a little more up the street I do feel like the quality of renovation would have been better and that the presence of roaches wouldn't be there.
