The staff here... (Verified Renter) The staff here is both professional and friendly. They keep the property clean and attractive. Maintenance is done on a timely and professional manner.
Things I like:... (Verified Renter) Things I like: You get a good square footage for the money and is very dog friendly. Things I don’t like: unit is outdated, there are loud cars reving engines and loud radios and bass at night and early morning, cars speeding, lack of parking, and lack of lighting. Most nights only about half of the street lights are on and so going to your car or walking the dog is a little scary. There also has been crime here which is unsettling.
Great value in... (Verified Renter) Great value in a great area. Only drawback I have found is that the age/upkeep of the building makes for high heating and cooling costs which can offset the great lease pricing.
Walking the loop... (Verified Renter) Walking the loop tonight, it was very dark due to many street lights still not working, cars blasting explicit rap, an apparently mentally challenged man screaming into his cell phone, nearly being hit by inattentive drivers, and dogs barking loudly from patios. While I appreciate the many upgrades to the property, I still don't feel safe here.
Great Experience Bellevue Heights has been the best experience I've had so far renting in Nashville. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly. The homes are nice especially with the upgrades, and the scenery and big windows are a plus. I'm most happy with the staff. I've been in other apartments/homes that were nice, but the management was mean-spirited or overbearing. The staff here gets stuff done, and they do it with consideration and care.

It seems like management actually cares about the tenants and the constant improvements show they?re actively looking to be their best. Also the homes and location is beautiful and family-friendly
