The staff is... (Verified Renter) The staff is always excellent however the propert is old, in much need of renovation. Monthly rent does NOT match value of the apartment. This is why I would not refer this community to a friend.
I will say... (Verified Renter) I will say after looking at dozens of apartments, Bellevue Heights met my needs with space and value. However, the kindness and professionalism from Rachel is what sealed the deal. She made us feel like we were getting a great value and is ultimately the reason we chose to live here. Other places had more and more "hidden" fees that they were unwilling to talk about. Rachel was up front with the costs and additional fees, which really made all of the difference. Thank you.
Awful DON'T DO IT! Not only did we have the worst living experience of my life but they charged us $1,500 when we left, didn't give us the bill and just sent it right to a debt collection agency. Luckily we keep proof of everything and the agency is siding with us. Living in this apartment will be the biggest mistake of your life.
Ok for short term. Older complex that needs updating. The staff at the complex are great and very helpful.
Renter This apartment is ok, but the cost is too much. Need something reasonable.
Bellevue heights - not so high on my list I moved to Nashville about a year ago. I had never been here and I sid everything in about a week online. I found my apartment quickly and took it since it was basically the only thing available, affordable and would allow my dog. My apartment is nice but the management is sub par. If you need something fixed or want peace and quiet you won't get it here. All in all it was a decent place to start out after moving 1,000 miles from home. But needless to say I didn't renew my lease.
