Verified Renter I love my apartment's floor plan! The only issues I've found were the bathroom counters and toilets are too low, and the bathroom lighting is dim! The Maintenace request were answered much quicker than I expected and were fast and courteous!
Verified Renter Good place to stay. The apartment amenities are good. Nature loving community. The river and the fall along side the community is a plus point.

Verified Renter Apartment complex has been on a complete downhill. No one cleans up after their dog. The dog parks and grounds lack maintenance. Viscous dogs on property with no reprimand. Property value has went down immensely.

Verified Renter Affordable apartments with a historical, but modern feel! The location is perfect, close to stores and not too far away from the the city. The staff is very attentive and solves all issues in a timely manner!
